1. Mettre une ficelle en boucle sur G2345.
La boucle pendante doit être derrière.
Put the loop on L2345.
The hanging loop need to be behind.
 
 
 

2. La main D saisit la boucle pendante
et passe une ficelle entre 2 et 3
et l'autre entre 4 et 5.
The R hand catch the hanging
loop and pass one string
between 2 and 3
and the other between 4 and 5.
 
 
 

3. Libérer la main D.
D1 et D2 passent la boucle
pendante par en-haut, sous la ficelle palmaire.
Release the R hand.
R1 and R2 pass the hanging
loop from above below the palmar string.
   

4. La main D entre par en-bas
dans la boucle pendante.
The R hand enters from below
into the hanging loop

5. D5 prend par en-bas G5v
au-dessus de la ficelle palmaire.
Et D1 prend par en-bas G1l
au-dessus de la ficelle palmaire.
R5 picks up L5n
above the palmar string.
And R1 picks up L1f
above the palmar string.
 
 
 

6. Etendre la main D en-bas et
la main G en-haut.
Extend the R hand down
and the L hand up
